Raise Your Vibration With Your Child

Choose Positivity And Change Your Life

Positivity is a Choice You Can Make Every Day

The other day, while traveling with my kids in another country, I had one of those “wow” parenting moments. We were in this new place, with a new culture, just experiencing so much newness, and I was amazed at how my kids were aware of their surroundings, making thoughtful decisions about their experiences, and just soaking it all in with a happy and grateful attitude. It was pure joy to witness, especially in an environment that could have been overwhelming for anyone.

I also realized that they were able to have this type of experience because we put a lot of focus and intention into creating positive vibrations in our lives.

In my house, we talk about positivity in terms of the vibrations we create by the energy we are putting out with our thoughts, feelings, and actions. And we focus on waking up every morning with a mindset to make each day positive and joyful, no matter what challenges we face. We constantly check in with ourselves: Are we making choices that align with being positive? Are we prioritizing and focusing on the good in each moment?

Does that mean we don’t face hard moments, challenges, or difficulties? Absolutely not. Life gets intense and hard for us all. But ever since my children were little, I knew I wanted to raise them with a priority for gratitude for each moment, even if every day isn’t perfect. I wanted to show my children that they are in charge of their own happiness with the choices they make.

These moments of choosing positivity in any situation are what make life so fulfilling. It allows you to be present, embrace each moment, and make the best out of every experience in life. This perspective can transform your life and help you and your children navigate and overcome any challenges you might face.

Because I’ve got to tell you, I’ve got four incredibly happy, intentional kids. And I’m an incredibly happy, intentional mom.

The best thing about this is that you can implement some of the practices today and start to see positive results right away.

Embrace the Vibe, Transform Your Life

We all know that when we’re stuck in the go-go-go mindset, it steals our joy because we aren’t focusing on the present moment or nurturing our own well-being. This constant hustle depletes us.

Each day, it’s important to remember to:

  • Raise your vibration
  • Connect with yourself
  • Refocus on what you want out of the day

Sure, dinner needs to be made, deadlines need to be met, your kids have homework to do, and they want to jump on social media or need to head to practice. But we need to slow down and do a vibration check-in.

A vibration check can include asking yourself questions like:

  • Do I feel joy in this moment?
  • Am I acting the way I want to?
  • Am I excited to do this thing?

If the answers are yes, pause and acknowledge it with some gratitude.

If not, do this 3 Step Vibration Hack:

  1. Pause and remind yourself that you can change your vibration by shifting your focus to recognize the positives in your life.
  2. Think of at least one reason why what you are doing is important or benefits your life.
  3. Remind yourself of three other things you’re grateful for in that moment.

Then, check in with your vibe again. I promise it will help raise your vibration and bring positivity and joy into whatever it is that you’re doing.

And do this practice with your children so they’re constantly raising their vibration, too. Teach them to find joy in the everyday, to wake up and see the positives, and to check in with themselves regularly.

Daily Practice to Raise Your Vibration With Your Kids

Practicing mindfulness with your children is a game-changer. It aligns your hearts and souls, builds a stronger connection, and lets more love flow. __By teaching your kids to be in control of their feelings and emotions, you’re setting them up for conscious decision-making and a happier life.__

Here’s one simple daily practice that I do with my own family. It will help you and your kids shake off negative energy and embrace positivity.

  1. Set a timer each day where you and your child sit together in stillness.
  2. Place your hand over your heart and feel your breath fill your body and release.
  3. Slowing down creates space for more family peace, a new perspective, and connection.

Raising your vibration doesn’t have to be complicated.

When you make intentional, positive choices, you raise your vibration and teach your kids how to find happiness in their lives no matter what they are doing. It’s all about keeping gratitude a priority every day and remembering no one can steal your joy. Reset when you need to, and let those good vibrations change your life.
